Just getting round to fitting this - had it in the garage for a couple of years! but confused regarding the spacer washers that sit under the plenum. They are threaded? So am I supposed to screw these onto the bolts first and then fasten down the plenium or place the spacer washers, then the plenium on top and then screw in the bolts? Please help as its doing my head in! Cheers Rich
Screw the spacers on to the bolts first, as you don’t want them falling in the engine. That’s what I’d did anyway.

Check the exhaust because that doesn’t look stock to me, looking at the tips. Don’t worry though it won’t cost much to declare it.

I’ve heard that mate, but gonna give them a go anyway. Could always replace motors at a later date if I find them too loud, though the few times the zed comes out I reckon they’ll be fine.

Great meet yesterday, thanks for organising Davey. Awesome turnout, drive out and meal. It’s been a long time since November and the zed nearly didn’t make it whilst stuck on the M6 getting a little hot. Though quickly turning the air con on did the trick.
Back home a test of the fans proved that they have seen better days. So the next mod is on

As for the rust on your front wings/wheel arches I wouldn’t bother trying to get them repaired as there easy enough to replace with nice new ones and then there’s no chance of the rust coming back.

Think the only two options you have is the ultra racing one and oem. I fitted an ultra racing one last year to my zed and found it to be ok.

Azure blue isn’t available in HR. only DE and De rev up.
As for an up-Rev remap you either want to go to TDI North, Abbey Motorsport or Horsham Developments.

I’ve never used them but tdi north should be close to you in Warrington and there member traders on here.
