Had my rays replaced under warranty by Beadles of Aylesford. That included one alloy that had been refurbished. The dealership take pics and send them to Nissan. You get a response about 4-5 weeks later. Good luck with your claim. Incidentally my brother BMW Z4 had its alloys replaced too so seems fairly common on many cars.
