Anybody know what might be the problem with my petrol cap?

It takes a few presses of the petrol cap release button before it flips out.

I get a little anxious at the petrol station in case it doesn't open.

Any ideas on a fix?

I'm thinking of swapping out the Standard Bose unit for a nice Double-Din unit.

Anybody have anything to offer for a good price.

Prefer the complete kit with the Nissan wiring modules etc if possible.
