Hey looks like a fantastic run, unfortunatly I think i'm going to be in piper dam then so will have to give it a miss, would have been good to meet some more of the guys.

The booster worked a treat mate, doubles the volume easy, only problem is that it only does 2 channels, either rear or front but it doesn't cause a problem as the rears are more that capable of handling the volume themselves.
How did you hook up the steering remote? I initially used those snap block things to splice into the wire but they didn't work so just took the wires out of the connector and twisted them together.

Saw it in GAME for £75, was attracted, but then thought to myself how long would I actually play it for.
Walked away.
Well £75 won't buy you much carbon so you may as well

What was the resort called you stayed at?
It was a place in Kissamee called season's boulevard, was really nice actually about 2mins away from the 192.
R
Was it behind a big wall mart?
Hey yeah it was actually, the one next to medievel times, you stayed there?
(sorry about the late reply just moved into our new house and haven't got the internet up and running yet).

Hey, just back from my Hols in the states today, had a cracking time, must have eaten close to my own body weight in steak though.
I can't belive the amount of zeds they have across there, must have seen at least 5-6 a day.
Also saw a line up of around 10 brand new 370z's at the Nissan dealership in near enough every colour, unfortunatly I didn't have my camera with me at the time.
No zed's for me this trip though, this was my daily driver, a Ford Exibition XLT, absolute beast 5.4 V8, but being an auto it seemed to put out the same power as the other halfs 1.6 polo.

Excellent , I had started looking for north of Aberdeen routes as well. Look forward to seeing what Kenny has come up with. Once Ross moves out to the sticks we'll be able to have our very own Ellon mini meets ( might let Herbie join in as well ! )
Yeah, but technically wouldn't that be a mini-mini meet, or micro meet even?

give this a wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide birth.
There are plenty good deals on Zeds at the moment, lots of good 04-05 plates with low milages around £10-12k and plenty dirt cheap JDM's...don't settle for a CatC because its cheap, the cash you spend on work and problems will totally offset any saving at the moment.

Think Kenny has a route in mind leaving from Ellon but we have to test drive it first so will keep you posted
That will be good, being a soon to be resident

Oh...it needs a stubby
Welcome though, it's always interesting to meet folk with "different" motors.

As Rob said if you have the ICT cable you will have to get yourself an RCA line voltage booster. I just put one in last week and its made it a hell of alot louder.
T/J Question for Rob: After installing an aftermarket headunit do you need to earth the bose amp as I am getting clicking through my speakers when I press the brake pedal. Also getting more alternator whine now.
Cheers

If it were me though I would be taking the car back to the paint, claybarring and polishing/waxing from scratch. God only knows which wax the previous owner has used and how long its been on there. At least that way you know exactly what has been done and how much protection is on there.

Also your steering wheel also appears to be on the wrong side?!
sorry thats no help.
Is there no way of changing it from degF to C apart from getting a new gauge?
R

A cotton bud and some peanut oil, then use something like "dodo juice lime prime" to strip the wax off the bodywork.

Emm not yet, I have to order some new clips and i'll do it after I move house.
Infact since i'll be in Ellon now you can come give me a hand

unless it's upside down...you've done the wrong one....
lol yeah its upside down
YAY!!!! 2nd go, managed to do it without turning my lights into a big melty lump this timeR
Cool looks good, any tips or tricks you want to add into the guide??
Yeah, I only put the over to 180 deg this time and only gave it 1 - 1 /12 minutes at a time, taking it out to check its not getting too hot and melting.
Also if you put it on a baking tray place it on a wet piece of cardboard or towel so that it does not touch any hot metal.
