I have whiteline ARB's on mine, makes a small difference but not huge.
You would probably find that the rear camber/toe adjuster setup will make more difference than the sway bars.
Changing the standard rubber suspension bushs for poly ones (Eg Whiteline) makes a big difference aswell, much more than the sways IMO.

Indeed i managed to get on Coombe with my Buddy Club and Berks, no bungs was 99.9, the Nismo will be a fair bit less.
-
Indeed its one of the best flowing exhausts for the 350Z. Sounds great too. Not loud enough tho
I cant wait to see what it sounds like with my manifolds fitted...
-
Carbon wrap would be a great idea IMO...
-
You do need coilovers, i have my BC Coilies going on the 24th Nov, along with Adam supplied Moonface Racing Roll Center Adjusters :-)
This will go with the whiteline suspension bushs i already have on the front, and the whiteline ARB's.
A few more handling bits to go on after this, but it should be good.

Pah dont be a girl Dan
Once i have the cash available, im going to get the solid engine mounts and one of these (when available) should make a noticable difference, particularly with the Witeline traction bush kit...

Ian's is very loud, but its the same with anything i find you get used to it pretty quick.
I'm excited now to see how much louder mine will be with headers. I may need to bring on the secret weapon!

Thats the difuser i'd like in carbon format...

Ross, I know what your saying and as Ian has pointed out my flaw already, you may well be totally right, but would you rather buy a noname brand headunit from Argos or an established brand like Panasonic, Pioneer or Sony?
Sorry to say it BM, but thats another crap argument!
There is a HUGE difference in quality , looks, features between unbranded 'Ripspeed' units and braded, JVC, Alpine, Nakamichi etc... units... In some cases with body parts the unbranded parts look the same and do the same job, and im some cases even fit as well, so i dont think that pitching the argument in those terms really works in this case.

not long now guys anyone going up from / past me at bracknell area? convoy?
Me and Amanda will be going up the M3 or M4 if that suits you? Dont fancy stoping at Reading services, its in the wrong direction
I can do M3 or M4 chris which is best to get to ace? We could meet them further in maybes, as you say readings the wrong way for us :-(

Can't say jerry dont think it will cost me much, but it was a good 4 hours + labour, as everything was siezed up.
Get a garage to confirm a price in writing before they start...

Get the fin wrapped in that carbon Fabric, like a few owners have on their roofs...
It looks good and would wrap the blade nicely.

You are mate, rawbhp was, but he is getting teins now.

I have got a set of the Eibach 'wobbly camber bolts' for sale, as i didnt use them when i fitted the arms...
SPC Rear toe bolts kit - £25 posted
They allow more adjustment than the OEM bolts as far as i know.
These are just the bolts, as posted on Envy's link above.

I know you did mate, i have a few of you now in a list of pm recieved times, as soon as they are off ill be contacting with pics, as par interest recieved times.

if your trying to stiffen up the car without lowering it then go and get the full summit underbody bracing set, Rik sells them for about £450, it should take some of the roll out of the car and improve your cornering. Speaking to Eknoa who has this fitted and tracks his car says it makes a noticable difference to handling. i think its easier to hold the back end out and with more control. tighter into the corners and just generally sharper handling.
PM ekona for more info i'm sure he'd be happy to fill you in
Another option is:
Do the full car set of Whiteline Poly suspension bushs. This transforms the handling, and will not affect height, geometry or ride quality. I'd go firstly for this option, as the OEM bushs will be worn.
-
On your car Ian (big phils old one) what Carbon Canards do you have?
I am well tempted by some for the OEM bumper but cant find anyone that sells any...
-
Nice one mate car looks great
-
It was already broken ...
The ball joint on drivers side is shot, must of been like it when i got the car. You cant buy the ball joint on its own, so i was hit with a £300 bill to ship one from japan, or a £550 bill to get one from nissan...

Will do mate, i'll let you know when they are off and ready to go.
-
No Chris, i'm still waiting for the Hub Carrier
-
OK mate cheers, im still waiting on my hub carrier before i can go ahead with it
I do need to seperate them, as i want to sell the Eibach springs, but will keep the std springs and dampers incase!
-
Looking forward to some pics and reviews of these...
BTW what were the standard spring rates and the HKS ones you went for in the end?
Standard for the BC's is : 10Kg/mm Front 8Kg/mm Rear
Mine are : 12 KG/mm Front 12Kg/mm Rear as par HKS track coils.
I have stiffened the rear comparatively to the front on purpose, am hoping it will make the rear end break away more controllable, it should slip a bit easier.
'Bouncy' is what happens when people set the damping too soft... Even with the dampers being adjustible, there is a certain rate of damping that matchs the springs, if you mess with it and go full soft, you will get the boucy effect. I will be testing mine on the middle setting.
