Just found a couple of bits that i forgot i had laying around the garage that i was gonna put on e bay a while back , so i'm gonna put them up for sale on here.

Engine grounding kit (if i can remember right it is a company that has a web page and also sells on e bay, grounding kits UK i think) The kind with the gold terminal block and gold crimps etc. The colour of the cable is blue. The kit is brand new £30 inc P&P

I also have a ESR rear strut brace in carbon fibre. needs trimming for a good fit as the fitment is fairly poor. I paid £80 i think so £40 + P&P

SOLD!! couldn't believe how gutted i was when i saw it drive away I've never felt that before, usually i cant wait to get rid of a car and get a new one but with that car it was different.

I'm gonna miss the attention it gets etc. And the relativly cheep running costs. But at least I can now pay for my wedding next sat and buy a car that I can shove on track no worries, will see though, I will probably miss it loads

I'd stick up a few daylight pics with the new mods and with the correct reg (for insurance quotes etc) or remove the reg completely.

Scrap that. If this can sell before wed this week i will let it go for £12,500 Thats with the spare 20" wheel, standard exhaust, camber arms, springs, intake. I'd put it on e bay and auto trader etc but i cant be spending money on advertising if it doesn't sell (getting married in 3 weeks so have no spare money)

Didn't get the car as some french guy beat me too it. So i'm in no rush to sell it at my trade in price so i'm gonna stick with £13k till it sells. (at that price i will put 6 months tax on the car (runs out at the end of april)

he was trying to badger me earlier, and tell me that 20's are the way forward....i said no......and if anything i might downsize and put my 17x10 inch ssr gold 6 spokes on it, from my rx7

20's or nothing else! LOL

There aint many good ones going for £12k. Private yes but i cant get my zed sold (not that i'm trying to hard though) You'll probably find the cheapest R34 GTR in the uk is £19k and it'll be standard at that.

my main home is dunfermline in fife, and im only there from about 7pm on a friday til late on a sunday night or early monday morning.

 

i stay up in aberdeen mon to fri in a flat up here as i work here...oil n gas work only really seems to be readily available up here. flat is based south of city, overlooking the river and footy feilds. and my work is in dyce, stoneywood.

 

so there ya have it, you know my rough whereabouts heheh

 

seems quite a lot of folk are from aberdeen then...? im still quite new here, and dont know that many folk since moving up so if anyone fancies meeting up from time to time, give me a shout

whineing is common especially if you have a vented bonnet, but from time to time, but if it happens everythime then the starter motor may be on the way out. battery die with in a week is very common as the jap battery are sh1t, so getting a nissan micra battery in halfords and put it in is the way to go. but if you want you can get even better batteries but I tend to stick with the mirca ones.

I few more thing I would highly recommand that doesnt cost too much is earthing kit and splitfire coil packs if it doesnt already have it as those will remove any flat spots on the car and the car is much more lively on accelation. I dont know how much it does work,

I think it had to get the splitfire coil packs fitted as it started to missfire. Not sure about the grounding kit though

The car has a whineing from the starter motor on start up but goes away after a few seconds and the battery will die if the car isn't used for a week.

Are these common issues??
