Ooops - just making sure I don't confuse you, and I've got this right.
I bought entire system (used) from member on here.... I didn't fit... the system bolted to the manifold down-pipes, so unless the cats are between manifold and this joint - I guess without cats ? I used to know all this stuff, but now I just buy and have fitted....
Someone intelligent will know/correct me, and or RTbiscuit as he kndly picked the exhaust up for me and will probably recall exactly what i have got
-
yes Brillomaster - on std cats (sorry for delay in response....)
-
Anybody interested in sharing these, and therefore lessen cost ?
I can only make Race day, so can't justify purchase of 3 day tickets...
Just an idea... someone else could use first two days, and then if we can sort logistics of ticket handover ?
I'd be travelling early from North Essex... so I could go down A12, M25, M1 or A14, A428 route.

I have a true dual DC exhaust - sounds great - so I'm told.
Not obtrusive at all inside car.

Taping in to the vast knowledge of the Zed [helpful ] owners
Any eating recommendations please for above ? Pub, cafe, restaurant.... for some happy campers ?
thanks in advance....

I've got my 18" hard tail in to the car. Both wheels in the boot, and then the frame wrapped in towels in the passenger seat/foot well.
-
Twobears - I've had exactly the same problem... my 2p..
Don't even bother with dealer.. if they are just going to change the fluid then the problem will return again... and you don't want it in the back of your mind... ie. when you have been sitting in traffic for sometime and then the clutch pedal drops
Bite the bullet, and find a recommended Zed agent/specialist in your area... fit an armoured pipe to slave cylinder and put in high temp fluid.... I got my pipe from CS.
I'd recommend someone that is used to the Zed as it's a pain to bleed the slave cylinder... a lot of fiddling around....

I need a small scratch corrected on edge of front bumper...
These guys have come highly recommended... (very good quality work by petrol heads)... anyone been there ?
They look to provide exactly the service I require... I will book in soon...

Stew - yes there were a few Scots there on various bikes - but with circa 90 bikers there I didn't meet/know most of them.
Bronzee - yes I assume this is the cct control room.. or part of.

Just spent a long weekend there (Thurs to Sunday - on bike).... a very nice circuit - well worth the effort/expense getting there - highly recommended if you were considering (we did have one wet day though - but it's rare).

As always - a great and friendly service today from the Abbey Motorsport team

1. Mine did this after a journey >40 mins. It was due to fluid getting hot. Put a HL line (armoured) replacing rubber pipe and no problems since... got mine from CS on here a while back.

glad you got sorted

No1. GM Coupe in Tesco's car park - surprised it was closed ? me as well. Running some 'big' wheels/rubber.
No2. Black Coupe in Robin Hood pub car park.
Both looking good...
I was with friends/visiting friends so not in Zed.

I have a 'rumbly' intermittent noise from front of car. Appears to come from the front near side. It rumbles when the front nearside wheel goes over a bump.
It sounds like a plastic panel flexing/knocking or similar
Car has been recently serviced, and MOT'd - all without any issue. When it was on ramp having MOT I asked tester to have a look - he couldn't find anything obvious. Suggested I took of the plastic panel under engine - which I did - I drove round the block with it of - and seemed to be ok. Put panel back on... seemed better for a little while, but now returned more often than not - & driving me nuts (I can't abide rattles or squeaks - and had a very quite car before hand).
It seemed to appear after an emergency stop (some one pulling out in front of me) - has anyone had a similar problem and know the culprit/cause ??
Any suggestions much appreciated.....

apologies Gents - many thanks for the interest shown.
Decided I just can't part with my Zed at this time (I'll upgrade wife's car for family requirements) my sub-conscious must have been telling me this by not placing a price in advert initially...
-
Thanks for interest to all, and patience whilst I committed to sell or not - but I withdraw car for sale.
I will upgrade wife's car for family transport required.
Just too hard to part with Zed - apologies....

hard call... for me the Mclaren F1 or the blower Bentley....

I'll be there in April - but on my bike....

A bit more info...
