  1. Hello, Interested in getting one of these if anyone has one. Also fitting on a veilside rear bumper do u need to get behind it it fit it? Thanking you!
  2. As above, Guy has been great to sort this situation out where it works out for both of us. As this is a stressful situation for both buyer and seller again Nemesis UK's Reputation has lived up to its name and would like to thank them and you guys on 350z uk for the support in this thread... All going well the spoiler booked for fitting next week, providing it arrives etc before then....pics will be up so that you can all take the pi*s when its done haha Oooh and my nismo oil cap should also be here tomorrow
  3. Was hoping you would show up Andy. Did you recieve yours in a box?
  4. They are indeed, yeah the spoiler is just all white, nothing on it at all....just a label on the plastic saying "attention notice inside" in japanese also with the make name of the car and spoiler but nothing that says veilside what so ever
  5. Theres nothing on the spoiler its self!.... You think i have a strong case then? As its prob a copy, not boxed, rubbish and its advertised as an authentic spoiler.
  6. Thanks S1 HNK ill PM him and see what he says
  7. It didnt even come in a cardboard box!!! it came in that plastic wrapper, wrapped in loads of bubble wrap!! took me ages to unwrap and when i finally did i saw that lol. Thing that bugs me is Guy said he checked it before it came out. I cant see how Veilside can justify their prices with this workmanship and the workmanship on your lip, its shocking.....if i have nothing better to do i shall be writing to them to air my thoughts, Airbrake lol....even the bidyshop i took it to said it can be repair but would be a total bodge.....Nemesis still not called back. I called TNT and they said that if nemesis arent taking responsibility they would have to put a claim through to TNT....aghhh i hate this was booked to be fitted tomorrow Paid by paypal.....give them a ring and see what happens...think they only offer protection up to £500
  8. I mean i know im protected by the sales of goods act as this is not fit for purpose.....i just dont want to go down the road of gettin trading standards involved as nemesis always had a good reputation and Guy, seems like a good guy lol. Here are pics.....i really didnt expect this from veilside I called nemesis this morning arond 9:30, they said leave it with them but honestly how long does it take to call a courier and come to a conclusion.Dont know whether to be patient and be at risk of wasting time or to just be ruthless and call them again. In their terms and conditions it days 28day exchange policy,.....nothing about couriers being liable after its shipped.
  9. Hey Guys, After seeing a few second hand V3 veilside spoilers (Ive already got a bet on how many replys are about how horrible it is lol) i decided so suck it up and buy a brand new one from Nemesis Uk. I recieved it on Saturday and it was cracked in a few places. I was shocked at the build quality of it...was it real Veilside??? looked like it came out of someones shed!! all the cracks were based where the spoiler edges had been rubbed down, but they went to far so it has split......I called Nemesis and they said the spoiler was fine when it went out so it must have been the courier. I signed for it as A) it would have taken me an hour to unwrap lol and the courier had nowhere to park and was holding up traffic so signed and he went. Now Nemesis say they will speak to TNT and call me later today.....but it doesnt look good.... I took it to a bodshop today and they said its just poorly manufactured, and they cant fix it and if they did it would just crack after a few days again.....i knowi got 28days to get an exchange but if Nemesis dont call back of cant help im screwed. For £550 is an exchange so much to ask? Any suggestions or help will be appreciated
  10. Dependant on power output, wudnt you need to upgrade the clutch and drivetrain to deal with the power, not to mention vital engine components?
  11. Hmmmm, Well mine helped a lot, very strange lol
  12. Xquisite Automotive do everything!!! i mean everything from retrims, bodykits, paint jobs, custom ice installs....the lot....a bit pricey....but you pay for quality. www.xquisiteautomotive.co.uk
  13. Good morning guys, I have recieved and fitted my grounding kit from www.groundingkits.co.uk today and wanted to do a little review for you Well i was skeptical at first as usually the general rule for car modifications is stick to a brand you know and trust, but when i came across this site which supplied a 5 wire grounding kit for the 350z for £40 inc P&P i got curious. So i purchased a red kit. The site offers i wide range of colours... Red Blue Purple Silver Black (If a colour you desire is not listed, contact Peter, the supplier, and he wil try his best to cater for your needs). For this £40 kit you recieve... * 5 high quality 8AWG grounding cables * Gold plated battery clamp * Cable ties and detailed fitting instructions So a few days later the kit arrived, the quality was very good, the materials used were NOT cheap but very durable, strong metals and wires and the instructions were clear and concise. Even had a scematic of the engine bay you can folow. Fitting the kit took me approx 30mins which was great and was very straight forward....the hardest part of it is cutting of the terminal from your negative battery wire and soldering the wire to the new O Ring supplied with the new gold plated battery clamp...soldering is advised for better connection...but not essential...even this is easy to do. SO...the moment of truth....i fired the Z up and i noticed an instant improvement!! The engine sounded more constant, and once warm the Z idled beautifully.....on turning the DVD player up to max volume the Voltmeter did not budge! I took it for a test run and theres a subbtle difference in throttle response....not major and dont expect a dramatic difference....but i could tell that is was better....and for £40 i think this is one of the best mods you can buy!! What i love about this kit is the fact that you get a new battery terminal.....most other well known kits only contain the wires.....when the battery is what carries most the feed, the new terminal is what really makes this kit work. All i can say is BUY ONE!! you will not be dissapointed, its much cheaper than other kits, but does exactly the same thing....also the gold battery terminal looks sexy Enjoy the pics Sorry for the poor quality pictues, it looks much brighter in real life
  14. Hey guys, I found this web page on dent removal techniques that can be done by you and me...although i dont know whether id trust the techniques on my car...however it could be something genuine. http://www.wisebread.com/remove-car-den ... nd-cheaply #maybe itll be an idea to try it on a scrap car 1st and if it works, well im sure a lot of us will save a lot of money If anyone tried or has tried any of them, be great to hear what hapened
  15. Nope, they just rubbed it down to get rid of kerb marks....primed and sprayed it same colour as the original rim, except they put on this polish type thing which makes it look different.....but good Was a mobile company called Wicked Wheels....was always told to stay away from mobile alloy refurb comps....but these guys were awesome Yeh ive been pulled about the plate a few times...but i think the officers were in awe of the car they just let me off lol.....doubt however ill be that lucky next time.
  16. Thanks for the subtle hint Ian Heres a few pics of the minor mods... Beautiful CF Tax Disc Holder. Lovely CF Sills With Z Logo Nice New Numberplate......bit small? not sure...hmmm Also had the Alloys Refurbed Pics will be added as the grounding kit etc comes in. Now to give her a nice wax n polish. Thanks guys.

  18. Hey hey! It seems like an eternity since ive been on here which i apologize for, been having some family issues which were very important for me to deal with. Now all is better i can start back again on what i was born for.....makin this 350 the best it can be!!! So far new mods include a.... *Carbon Fibre tax disc holder *New CF Door sills with the Z logo ( Had the plain ones in before) *Red Grounding kit from www.groundingkits.co.uk £40 inc postage and very good product too!! *Red Wire Covers to dress the engine a bit more. Currently on order... *Unorthodox Pulley Set + Bely *New Z mats with logo in red Turbos are waiting for me to get the money together...seems like its taking forever! At the moment my custom dials are being made in america. They will be Piano Black with the numbers and tacho lines in Red with a Red Veilside logo printed on the Rev counter.....As im their first uk customer they needed me to take detailed pics of the UK layout so hopefully if all goes well we can all custom design the dials we want as this company so far have been amazing in every respect. Also got pulled 4 times in a day for not having a number plate grrr! So i had a custom one made and fitted it myself....being tiny i also got pulled for having that one!!! so now i just dont care lol. Shall keep you all posted on news and also update with pics when i can. thanks
  19. Hey guys just thought id share this with you. http://www.hksusa.com/info/?id=3426 Its still a new product so theres not a lot of info on it however i had a word with Julian from Garage D in watford (Guy is like 3rd best drifter in the uk and knows everything about Jap cars) and he goes that this is the kit to have.... also the turbos sit nicely in the engine unlike other conversions which sit low and could be damaged on speed bumps etc. I emailed HKS for some more info, figues etc and hoopefully ill hear back from them with some more info

  25. Quinn direct insurance is a good company to go with, anything to do with bodykits, alloys, tints, lights etc will not affect your premium...only engine mods will
