Any idea of the increase I can excpect - very annoying that you get charged more for exhaust and induction kit - it's only noise!

Hello, I was wondering if anybody has attempted to fit their own aftermarket exhaust and how easy it was? I'll probably just be working on jacks / axel stands only unless I can get on a ramp at a friends garage (doubtfull though). Any hints / tips welcome. Also is an aftermarket exhaust something the insurance company needs to know about? They seem to want an extra £80 for an induction kit. Thanks,

I was wondering if anybody can post pictures of their lip spoilers? May go CF or just have it painted silver to match the car. Looking for something quite subtle. So far I've seen a Varis CF which I like on the car and the Seibon CF lips – although not seen any of these actually on a car. Any views on fit/quality etc are also appreciated, Thanks,

I'm in Hertfordshire I'm affraid - may be worthwhile me getting one of these diagnostic units though. Any idea where to get them and cost? Also do you know will it need to be connected to a laptop? Can you reset the warning light as well as diagnose the problem with it? Thanks,

Can anybody help with this? I'm reluctant to drive the car while this light is on. Nissan didn't seem to think it was a problem on the weekend but the light came back on. Thanks.

Hello - I am looking to get one of my Rays refurbed as I managed to curb it the other day. Can anybody recommend anywhere in or near to Hertfordshire/Essex/North London and what would be a reasonable price for this?

Yeah the entire exhaust system is standard.

I'm a few weeks 350z ownership - I have a 53 GT with 37k. Within a few days of buying the car the engine management light appeared, the car felt and sounded fine but I took it to Nissan anyway - they diagnosed it as a P1166 error (Heated O2 Sensor 2). The guy re-set it and all was fine so I assume it's not a major problem. About 15miles later it re-appeared. Don't want to take it to Nissan and fork out for them to fix what might be an easy fix. Has anybody had this problem and is there a known way to fix it myself? Thanks.
