Steering control leads

Fitting an Android HU soon but need the steering control lead and patch lead.

 

I have a 2003 Z with Bose sound system as I know this makes a difference.

 

Also, do I need any cage to fit it in or is the fascia all I need for fitting?

 

Seen the ones on in car tech and a similar website. Price is £40 for the both as I already have the fascia.

 

Can I get these cheaper, anyone have them second hand?
