bose system and steering controls

Hi so I have a 55 plate and it was fitted with a parrot Bluetooth thing which I removed because I couldn't pair the thing . The remote didn't work. And the lights don't work on the radio.. after I removed it I plugged the leads back into the radio and now the HU lights up but the steering control still does not work.. like seek, volume and the call features " but this maybe because I don't have a BT module yet" there is a couple of wires not connected, Any help available for what wires to check for the steering controls? Thanks :-)
