Samsungs F96 range has them but they are very expensive at the moment (about £2.5k for a 52"er) . Basically if it allows for 'TRUE BLACKS', as matix of little LED lights can be fully turned 'off' in the dark areas of the screen as opposed to the CCFL backlights which are long strips, which are behind the screen which cannot be turned off to darken certain areas of the screen. the difference is astounding and worth the wait in my opinon.
