Hi all car drives great, but noticed on revs over 3000 there is a petrol smell car still drives ok no bangs, accelerates ok beyond this. Any ideas?

I Thought i had a fuel problem and it turned out to be the petrol cap rubber Had split and was letting fumes threw :/

 

it took me bloody ages to work this out tho but deffo worth a quick check :)
