Full car inspection

Hi Guys,

 

I was wondering if it is worth having a full inspection of the car. I have had the car for 2 weeks now and instead for waiting for the service which is next year, I would prefer to have it fully inspected so I know what to expect and maybe change whatever needs to be changed before the service and MOT.

 

I live in west London - hillingdon area and would appreciate some recommendations close to me.
