Light under boot strut

Hello, sorry if this old question but,

 

Is there a light under the z boot strut? Spotted today some wires in square hole under the middle of strut but nothing else,

 

If yes, is it same fitting / lamp as boot light in back panel of boot?

I think that is the emergency fuel cap releace !!!

Ok, seems just to be a square hole with 2 wires attached to a metal plate, only noticed as it was hanging from hole, have looked in manual but may have missed it
