fast road wheel alignment

So I am sure this is in here somewhere but i can't find it.

I am running stock wheels and ride height.

Does anybody have a proven suggestion for a fast road alignment setup?

Have a word with Mitz at COUGAR STORES the're on here after he did my front bushes and they'd had a chance to bed in he sent me to the place they use in Leicester fully computerised set up and it now handles like it's on rails
