Try (safely) to establish whether this happens whether the seat belt is engaged or not. If it is seat belt dependent focus on the seat-belt clip otherwise it'll be the seat furniture under the seat. In any event, Silicone spray would be my first choice for rectifiying - available from all good motor factors (and cr*p ones too - like Halfrauds :teeth: )
