Jacking points. Just to clarify

Hiya all.

 

I know this has been asked loads.

 

Just wanted someone who knows what they are on about to confirm or not something for me.

 

Basically for jacking the front I want to jack up on the box sections you can see that run under the car at the front parallel to the sills but a few inches in towards the centre of the car compared to the sills.

 

Here's a pic of my car up on a lift on this exact points. That should tell me all I want to know but wondered if anyone else can confirm if this is a good idea or not?
