Just bought a 350z last week, been driving fine but today the eml light has come on, but car seems to be running fine, no noticeable lack in power, no peculiar noises, no funny smells or anything. I did the manual ECU reset doing the 'pedal dance' method but when I drove it, it seemed to flicker back on every so often when I accelerated (but not very often) and when I restarted the car it was back on permanently. I did the manual reset again, didn't touch any pedals and just turned the car off and then on again, and it had come back permanently. Is booked in tomorrow for a diagnostics so I can get the codes but if anyone has any possible ideas on it I would be very grateful because I'm quite worried it may be something serious and I've been sold a dud car!
