Buster mod - apologise in advance!

Hi,

 

I have been searching the forums for the guide to do the 'Buster' mod. Can't seem to find it anywhere? I recently fitted a Pioneer avh 2500bt, but the volume button will only go to 40, and it isn't very loud at all. So am looking to do the buster mod! How much of a hassle is this?
