Lyndzzz Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 (edited) My plate was screwed into the bracket then the bracket was screwed onto the bumper. If you can't see any screws on the plate it's most likely stuck on and once removed you'll see the screws for the bracket.
