Help with a front wheel problem off centre

I no there's somthing bent one of the arms ect. I'm just wondering has anyone ever seen this are happen them you and if you have what fixed it?

ouch that doesn't look healthy. Probably a bent lower or up arm. Does it drive straight or does it pull to the side. Id get that to a mechanic asap and wouldn't drive unless driving to a mechanic.
