dbass Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 ok what's the general rule of the thumb when fitting a front lip please?.. is it just a case of fitting screws in from behind where it clamps around the bumper and double sided tape for the rest of it.. or should you use sealant as well? its basically just a black gel coat fibreglass lip. Pete87 Posted October 18, 2013 Posted October 18, 2013 I used six screws as it was a very tight fit two in each arch and two underneath and then sealed it to the bumper with black silicone. 1 Quote
AliveBoy Posted October 18, 2013 Posted October 18, 2013 If you use 3M VHB tape it won't come off, its what they use for the standard spoiler etc 1 Quote

AliveBoy Posted October 18, 2013 Posted October 18, 2013 I went satin, so that it has a bit of shine but it's easy to touch up in case of stone chips or bumps: Quote
