Hyperlink on Location

Is there a possibility there could be a hyperlink on a users location?

 

I could then click on my Bournemouth location and see the list of users also from bournemouth?

That's not a bad idea though it may be too narrow - only showing users in Bournemouth, not the surrounding area.
