Alloy wheel repair

Evening all,

 

I have the factory touring alloys which appear to have been sprayed/anodized/power-coated at some point in a satin black, however this is what has happened in various areas on each wheel:

 

 

Anyone know the best way of repairing it bar a respray? I was hoping that a reasonable colour-matched spray paint or brush kit might do the job. You could almost flake it off with your finger
