Knock knock knock

Hi!

 

So.. I've fitted new wheels and coilovers and since doing so I've encountered a new knocking sound. I'm not saying its the coilovers and/or wheel, it's just for info.

 

When I turn the wheel 45 degrees right and then fling it back to central position, it makes a knock sound. I can only hear it when the car is at standstill. I've tried driving it and weaving left and right but no noise!

 

Where could the knock be coming from??
