Cleaning washer jets

I've noticed my passenger side washer jet(s) don't seem to have the same power as they used to (or the same as the driver side one).

 

Any good way to clean them? I've tried wiping the outer bit but hasn't helped...

Try using a pressure washer near the jets pal when you next clean your zed.
