Error code, P1147 Heated 02 Sensor2, What's the next step?

Hi Guys.

 

this error code appeared over the w/end , had the error wiped using a code scanner, it hasn't come back....yet.

 

if it does come back what's the solution?

 

if it's the sensor, how much would it cost?

 

and where's it located?

I had that a few years ago when it got really cold ...

 

I cleared it and it never returned ..

I'm wondering if it's anything about the quality of the fuel I'm using?
