Archiving Messages

If your message box gets full you can archive them

 

Open the conversation, so you see all the replies back and forth. Just after the last message, but before the reply box is a dark grey link "Archive Conversation". This will email you a copy of the conversation. No option to do this in bulk yet. But at least going forward it will keep all corespondence regarding one subject in a conversation rather than loads of individual messages.
