Swapping Seats

Due to a rip in my passenger seat that is supposedly unrepairable, I'm going to try and get 'new to me' driver and passenger seats. Does anyone know if all 350z seats are compatible with my 2003 JDM?

In terms of fitment, I believe all 350z seats fit in any 350z. However you'll only have the functionality of the original seats, so even if you buy heated electric seats you won't get the heated function if your original seats didn't have it. Have you thought about a re-trim instead of replacing? Getting two seats done isn't that expensive and gives you the chance to go for something a bit more interesting than the stock black-on-black look.

I watched a pair of re-trimmed seats on ebay that someone from here was selling and they went for £500+. I got a price from a re-trimmers of £500 to have mine re-covered.

 

I have seen a pair in very good condition for £400 so assuming I can sell the ones that come out of mine, it will be considerably cheaper than getting re-covered. I also think from a selling point of view, a buyer would prefer 'original' seats.
