Trip computer buttons not working

Anyone have this issue? The trip computer on the guages seem fine, when I turn the car on, it flips through each display. Currently stuck on average mpg and mph. the side trip computer buttons next to the right dash doesn't seem to respond.

 

However, the buttons work for adjusting the interior illumination when the headlights are on. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a loose connection tbh. Maybe try checking on google and the American sites too.
