thanks for the advice guys, I ended up spending 6k on the 06 model. its had full nissan dealer services like clockwork.

 

I understand the running costs of the vehicle, I didn't want to spend more because on a lot of the vehicles I couldn't see the value that was added to justify the extra 1-2k.
