What you call the mudflap kinda things that sit over existing skirts and rear bumper, and were do i get them?

 

Also, anyone know were to get a touch up pen and spray cans in sunburst?

I think you are referring to bumper spats.

 

As for the touch up paint I got mine from the dealer, it was £4 for the touch up pen and clear coat and was ready to pick up next day.
