Leak from the window sill

when you say window sill, do you mean the top of the window? Mine does this at the moment and in my case it's actually nothing to do with the window, it's a knackered door hinge. It causes the window to sit slightly too low which allows the air pressure to suck it away from the top seal at 65mph+. This makes it whistle, and also leak :dry:

 

So yea, before ripping your door apart to get at the window mechanism, just check the hinges for any play, could save yourself some hassle.
