Facelift Bumper Change over year

This should be a very quick question - should all cars 06+ with the faclift headlights also have the facelift front bumper or was there a phased switchover?

 

I have found a nice 06 car but it stands out to me that it has the later headlights but not the bumper - so it has either been in an altercation which meant the bumper needed to be replaced or its completely innocent...

Its hard to give an exact date as some early cars were registered late in 2006 after the facelift car had been released.

 

Its more likely that someone has fitted upgraded lights to an early model, does it have the led rear lights and upgraded interior? If it does but has an early bumper then yes it could of been in a front end bump.
