what spark plugs?? 2009 HR 350z

ive got a 2009 350z with the HR engine. its got a CAI and soon to have decats and an uprev from Abbey.

 

Want to get the plugs changed before the uprev for good measure and its probably the best time to change them too! What are the plug reccomendations for my engine and any ideas on the best place to buy them?
