leodspider Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 Hey guys need a bit of help here. I bought the parrot asteroid headunit off Sarah for the zed. However I'm slightly confused. I read the appropriate threads about the need for wiring looms if I want to keep the steering controls. However I can't find the Right adapter for it. The question is , if I don't want the steering control, should the headunit be just a simple out with the Bose in with the new, without the need of adapters, or I'm I missing something? Don't wanna take the headunit out then realise I need new wiring. Quote
spursmaddave Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 I always say to try incartec for steering adapters but the site seems to have gone You will still need the normal bose loom which will come with a steering wheel control unit it is just the adapter wire that is headunit specific. Maybe try autoleads? Quote
