I think the current rays 18 inch have a wall depth of 55 mm, i dont want to go below 40 as ive had 35mm elastic bands before and they are nothing but trouble. ? For the current 18s (on the rear) the spec is 245x45x18which means that the wall depth is 45% of 245mm or 110mm. This gives a rolling radius of 9" plus 110mm or 339mm Check this out here... http://www.torquecars.co.uk/Tuning/alloy-wheels.php For 19" rears, the recommended size to ensure you don't run into slip light issues is to run a 275x35x19 tyre which equates to a wall width of 35% of 275mm or 96 mm.
