Karlp Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Yeh I've let the seller know I'm having a think, as I've done with other sellers on here not take any adverts down until anythings concrete Quote
Karlp Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Really want a gt now tho and suppose buying a car than having to shell out extras out, plus why makes me think if I owned a car with dodgy alloy wheel I want to sort it ASAP, he didn't mention that in the advert also??? Quote
LordGrover Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 FWIW, I had about £10k to spend and wasn't too worried about GT or not - just best car/condition I could get for the money. Got impatient and ended up spending about 20% above budget to get pretty much the first one I saw. Mostly because I'm a knob and still a kid at heart. Quote
coldel Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Grover! Yeah don't get sucked into the trap of thinking its 'okay I can do this bit and that' I did with a few bits on my purchase and it's soooo frustrating spending money repairing when it could be going on some nice cosmetic parts. If you are going to end up spending £2k on it then I would get a good one to start with and have a good look around. Quote
Karlp Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Very true coldel, I've been speaking to relentless and paulie about there zeds on here which are a lot more appealing. Quote
