Can you tell me when the forum discount applies when going through the checkout process on your site?

 

I created a member account, however there was no change in price at the checkout.

There won't be - once you're logged in as a forum member you see the reduced price - have a look at the site when not logged in and you'll see what I mean

Oh ok .. The only reason I ask is that I've just just checked the price for:

when logged in and logged out and the price is the same..
