Long shot - Foam covering

Right this maybe a long shot but what the hell…..In my spare time I coach and play (when not injured) American football, everything in this sport is expensive – even the coaching gear. One of the thing I am trying to buy are agility bags…..

These cost about £90 each and the two teams I am involved with would rather not shell out just under a grand to buy these. I can buy the foam to create a shape similar to this for around £20 each, but what I need help with is the vinyl covering. I know this is a long shot but does anyone on the forum do this or know anyone who can? If so can you drop me a PM
