best way to package a rear bumper for courier??

has anyone couriered a rear bumper before and if so what packaging sis they use?

 

I am looking at getting one collected nexst week but cant find a suitable box that is big enough - there must be a simpler way for this?

Polystyrene (sp.) blocks in all the voided spaces, so that the bumper cant flex or twist - followed by a few miles of bubble wrap and parcel tape

Ah, would negate the need for a massive box then! I'll try track down some polystyrene blocks and bubble wrap tomorrow

Dont use TNT, they broke mine even after a crap load of careful bubble wrap packing
