Bose aux in

Hi, I just got a 350z and there is a mini-jack lead in the area above the stereo which I have plugged my iPod into, however I can't figure out how to select the mini-jack as an input. Any ideas folks?

Think you need to push the cassette deck in and select side 1

No way! Now I've got to find a cassette? Classic. Thanks for the help.

No no no use a pencil and poke it in the slot towards the back. This will push the tape mechanism down into the play position.

couldn't get the pen to work, so i put a tape in - now the tape is stuck! it kind of goes up, down, up, down, then gives up and stays in the up position. not the most slick ipod connection method. oh well i'm off to get some pliers to get the tape out.
