Will this unit plug straight in to the existing BOSE amp? Will I be able to use the steering wheel controls with it? Will the handsfree phone still work? Sorry for nab questions but I need to know before I make half the gear in there useless and cost myself over £300. Quote

The JVC should work well with Bose Amp as it has 5v line outs! I dont think the factory bluetooth will work with it however but I'm sure some of the guys will point out if this is the case! I was going to go for the AVX830 when I have some more dosh! Quote

The newer 730 model has these so i'd go for this one. To get the steering wheel controls to work you will need a JVC patch lead.... http://www.sextonsdirect.co.uk/ict/p~29-004.html?cat=0 The OEM phone kit will no longer work though but you can get a module for the JVC to use a bluetooth phone.
