Quick birdview question.

Hey all,

 

just a quick question. What batteries does the remote control for the birdview system take? We pick the car up tomorrow morning and want to use the nav to get us from the garage to my parents house.

Don't forget you will have to enter the location by town and street name asd the birdview doesn't accept postcodes

Always carry spares. I pulled out into heavy traffic in a city I didnt know and couldnt turn it on. I had to just drive until I found a garage to buy some more. Wasted a lot of time.

is it 2 per remote then? we have 2 in the cubby hole in the middle of the car, if i remember rightly.

 

oh, and what's the yellow button for next to the screen?

Yep it's just two required for the remote ..

 

But always carry spares as Martin mentioned in his post ...

 

The "yellow button" is not actually a button .. it's the reciever for the remote control ...

One more question after using the birdview system, what's the green icon in the top left corner of the screen, it has what looks like a lightening strike as part of it and is green but sometimes turns yellow?
