Wookiee22 Posted April 7, 2010 Share Posted April 7, 2010 Pros and cons to both. V3 is self contained as you said, and therefore won't require you to tap your pan. However it does require you to change oil at certain intervals (and check it with the small dipstick thing) and they recommend Vortech's own for the job, unsurprisingly.
