Problems finding the right wheel offset

Hi . I'm trying to find some 19 inch Alloys with an offset of between 12 and 20 and a width of 8.5 to 9.5 . Most of the rims I've seen have high offsets of 30 or more. Im after quite an aggressive look. Could anyone point me in the right direction ? :thumbs:
