fitting pioneer sat nav

hi can anyone tell me what colour wire the canbus wire for the speedo is as i have to conect a wire from the sat nav to the canbus wire near the ecu to get correct setting on the sat nav system.

Never heard of a canbus wire, but if its the vss wire (vehicle speed sense wire) then one can be found in the back of the AC control unit (white box at the bottom of the center console). See guide here:

hi chris sorry just looked in manual and it says the car speed signal input so do you think the wires you connected will do

Yep, thats the same wire. Speed signal wire basically.

 

There may be an easier place to get it from, this is just the one i used.
