3FIDDYZ Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Its probably the motors. There is a how to to remove the panels and do a reset, and also clean the bushes on the motor... There was a couple of motors for sale, you could also try zmanalex or r35lee as they both offer used spare parts, as it may be worth replacing... In playing up, do you mean dropping and then not coming up without hammering as an area round the speaker area? or something else? Quote
Preston Posted August 25, 2009 Author Posted August 25, 2009 they just dont want to go down most of the time. drivers side drops very occassionally when u open the door but doesnt come up when you close it but in general they just dont function Quote
3FIDDYZ Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Yeh I had this when I first got mine on the drivers side, banging on the door card would get the window to lift back up to the top. Mine finally stayed in the open which was worse than closed Try removing the door card (not a hard job really!) and try the clean and reset the motor, but probably best to replace! Quote
