Computer Biff - Help Needed To Upload Images

I can't work out how to upload images to a thread I've tried copying to a thread with no luck.

 

Also, my album isn't allowing images to be uploaded to it either!!! ARGH!!!! I upload and the album doesn't have those pictures in it once the upload ends. Help!

Open a photobucket account,when you upload photos it will give you 4 boxes copy and paste the bottom box into your thread.
